1. Time for Online Check-in
- For Thailand domestic flights operated by Thai Vietjet (VZ): Applicable from 24 hours to 1 hour before departure.
- Not applicable for international flights.
2. Passenger whose conditions are as following will not be able to proceed with online check-in:
- Passenger(s) travelling with infant, or pregnant passengers
- Passenger(s) who has limited mobility or requires special assistance
- Group passenger(s) (more than 9 passengers in the same booking)
- Passenger(s) who needs to present documents to staff
- Young Traveller(s) (12-16 years old) who travels alone
- All check-in bag(s) must be presented at check-in counter
3. Passenger must print e-boarding pass and present to Airport authority at Security check-point.
To manage booking and add-on services are unavailable once online check-in has completed.
Passengers shall contact airport counter for further support.
